Ryan Harding is an Executive Managing Director with Newmark\u2019s downtown Los Angeles office. He has 17 years of industry experience, specializing in tenant representation and strategic planning. Mr. Harding currently manages real estate transactions for more than 300 clients throughout Southern California and across the globe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Harding offers extensive experience with global firms across an array of industries, offering a comprehensive and unique perspective to solve complex real estate solutions and creative methods for his client’s needs. He currently represents many technology corporations, media\/print companies, non-profits, entertainment firms, financial services firms, consulting firms and construction companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among his recent recognitions, Mr. Harding was NKF\u2019s top producer in Los Angeles from 2012 to 2021. He was also honored as one of Real Estate Southern California\u2019s \u201cTop 40 Under 40\u201d transaction advisors in 2012, and \u201cTop 30 Under 30\u201d in 2009, for his tenant representation work, community involvement and leadership.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
