She also is an affiliate (by courtesy) of the Boston University Law School.  Her research focuses on intellectual property strategy and the influence of institutions on innovation, with an emphasis on CRISPR DNA-editing tools.  She has work published in the Journal of Empirical Legal Studies, Journal of Competition Law and Economics, International Review of Law and Economics, Stanford Technology Law Review, Hastings Business Law Journal, Tennessee Law Review, and Florida Law Review.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Zyontz has also conducted several policy focused, large-scale empirical law and economics projects with the Commission of Experts for Research and Innovation in Germany (EFI); Institute for Strategy and Competitiveness at Harvard Business School; the Searle Center on Law, Regulation, and Economic Growth at Northwestern University School of Law; and Law and Economics Center at George Mason University School of Law.
