Dr. Hadley serves as Associate Director of Questrom\u2019s Human Resources Policy Institute (HRPI), where she is focused on applying research in real-world organizations.She has been selected as a Thinkers50 Radar List member for her research on the future of work and management.Dr. Hadley holds a PhD in organizational behavior from Harvard University, an MBA in human resource and strategic management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in social psychology from Princeton University.
