Warner is a lecturer in the Management and Organizations Department at the Boston University &#8211; Questrom School of Business. His teaching is focused on organizational behavior and ethics and in the past has taught or co-taught courses in ethics, organizational behavior, corporate social responsibility, and quantitative data analysis among other topics. <\/p>\n<p>Clark holds his PhD in management from the University of Toulouse 1 Capitole. His research is in behavioral ethics with a focus on the development and use of intuition in ethical decision making.  He is a co-author on papers published in the Journal of Business Ethics (Warner, Fortin &amp; Melkonian, 2024)  and the Humanistic Management Journal (Matheson et al 2021). Clark also holds a master\u2019s degree in theological studies from Boston University, master\u2019s degrees from Stanford University in business administration and sociology as well as a bachelor&#8217;s degree in applied mathematics-computer science from Harvard University.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to obtaining his PhD, Clark was a high-tech professional and worked at such companies as Apple, Netezza and IBM in a variety of capacities including, Engineering Manager, Director of Software Engineering and Sr. Director\/Program Director of Product Management. He participated in the development of Apple&#8217;s MacOS X as manager of the file system as well as in the development of Netezza&#8217;s NPS data warehouse appliance and many of its successors.
