This new degree is built for leaders navigating that reality\u2014and turning AI into durable, accountable results.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote has-p-2-font-size\"><blockquote><p>\u201cAI is moving fast, but most organizations lack the operating models to use it responsibly and at scale. Rather than focusing on tool accumulation, the program emphasizes envisioning and execution, including how to: redesign workflows and decision-making for AI-enabled work; clarify ownership and accountability across teams; build governance and risk frameworks that scale; and establish operating models that drive measurable performance.<\/p>\n<p>Designed by the Questrom team with a proven track record in innovative online learning, the program reflects the school\u2019s long-standing approach to professional education.
