Cecilia Yudin leads the Questrom Center for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, where she coordinates student diversity and inclusion initiatives, and supports ongoing diversity education, identity-conscious programs, and community-building initiatives. Prior to her formal DEI work, she was an academic advisor in the Questrom Undergraduate Development Center, and received the Boston University 2019 Professional Academic Advisor Award.


Originally from London, England, Cecilia spent her childhood in the Caribbean – Dominican Republic & Costa Rica – before moving to the United States and eventually coming to Boston University to pursue her Bachelor of Music degree in Brass Performance at the College of Fine Arts. She is a current Social Impact MBA Candidate at the Questrom School for Business, specializing in Leadership & Organizational Transformation and was a semi-finalist in the inaugural John Lewis Racial Justice Case Competition.
