Audrey Holm is a Doctoral Candidate in Organizational Behavior at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business. Her research interests include occupations, the meaning of work, identity and cultural transitions, and the way the relationships that we build in and out of work impact work and life conditions. Current projects include an ethnographic study of American Puppetry and a theoretical analysis of callings and resilience. 

Prior to her doctoral studies, Audrey worked in public service organizations for eight years, first to study public policies related to adaptation to climate change, then as an operations manager, business development manager and consultant in for the public transportation industry. Audrey holds an Master of Business Administration from ESSEC Business School in Paris, France, with a specialization in Urban Economics.
