Questrom Professor Connie Noonan Hadley Named To The Thinkers50 Radar Class Of 2024

The annual Thinkers50 Radar List selects 30 of the world’s scholars whose work is poised to have the most significant impact on the future of management and organizations. Questrom’s Connie Noonan Hadley was named to the Class of 2024 Thinkers50 Radar list. 

Organization Psychologist, and founder and chief scientist of the Institute for Life at Work, Dr. Connie Hadley researches the future of work, team dynamics, psychological safety, employee loneliness, burnout, wellbeing at work, inclusive cultures, and career decision-making. 

In the June 2023 issue of the Harvard Business Review, alongside Katherine C. Kellogg, Connie explores the capabilities and challenges associated with AI tools aimed at elevating managerial coaching and outlines five steps to ensure that AI-assisted coaching is of benefit to both managers and their employees. In the May 2023 edition of the MIT Sloan Management Review, Connie, in collaboration with Nancy Baym, delves into inequity in the way relationships are built and maintained in organizations.

Connie’s goal is to help organizations identify and address pain points to help improve life at work for all employees.

Connie lectures in the Management and Organizations Department at here at BU Questrom. She worked in management consulting at McKinsey & Company, and in marketing and operations at General Mills, Inc. Connie received her PhD and MA from Harvard University and MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Sustainability and AI are key themes for 2024, as is making workplaces wholly inclusive and healthy for everyone. This year’s Radar features business thinkers from the worlds of fashion, retail, branding, and communications, as well as statisticians, neuroscientists, and platform practitioners, from the Nordics to New Zealand, and Asia to America.
