“I chose Questrom because of its electrifying presence in the health sector capital of the world— Boston, Massachusetts. In the MBA program, aspiring business leaders are taught by the industry’s best practitioners and revered academics.”
Michel’s instincts about the program were spot-on.
“The program exceeded my expectations and resulted in an immediate return on investment,” says Michel, whose dual degree helped him land a new position as a product manager for enterprise quality software. "I’m responsible for charting innovative applications that empower the workflows of the industry’s best life science companies. I know this is only the beginning, but I’m certain that the seeds planted during my time at Questrom will continue to bear good fruit.” Today, Michel is Chief Executive Officer at Quality Means Business, a technology consultancy firm.
During the program, Michel benefitted from the added challenge of participating in many coveted case competitions, where he came home with a huge win from the Rutgers Biopharmaceutical Competition against a fierce field of competitors. Michel also leveraged the strong partnership Questrom has with the MassChallenge HealthTech Accelerator, where he served as a strategic advisor.
“I was able to apply the theories, frameworks, and lessons learned from case studies into practice in my workplace,” he says “The MBA provided the confidence, skill sets, and toolkit I need to take part in engaging conversations from the boardroom to tech innovation hubs.”
As he progresses in his career, Michel predicts he will always rely on the lessons earned, the skills acquired, and the network he built at Questrom.
“The Health Sector MBA program emboldened me to take calculated risks that accelerated my career,” he says. “It imparted to me the gifts of learning to be a lifelong learner and value creator.”
