With a deep background in maintenance and reliability, Hector is passionate about effective leadership and clear communication. He is dedicated to empowering teams, strengthening plant performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Outside of work, Hector resides in Southern California and is a proud father of two. He enjoys hiking on the beach with his wife, traveling, and exploring different cultures, gaining experiences that shape his perspective on global business and leadership.
