The article delves into her many achievements as dean, including the launch of the robust Online MBA program.

Susan and her team crafted and launched the Online MBA program just before the pandemic hit the world and since then, Questrom has graduated over 1800 students to date. The program offers an affordable and accessible path to success in management with a focus on cross functional skills, managing risk, digital transformation and leadership. The faculty teaching online classes are full-time, invested 100% and “some of our best class instructors.”

Susan’s efforts to provide a valuable Online MBA program has increased Questrom’s global reach and the school is now “ranked third in terms of the percentage of international students, as measured by Poets and Quants.” Other accomplishments include its rank as the #1 Business School in Massachusetts and its title as a Boston-based school of excellence.
