Two Questrom alumni make the 2020 Forbes 30 under 30

During his senior year, Will Denslow (along with business partner Brian Zitin) skipped class to work on a brokerage firm that used algorithms to source deals, selling a total of $5 million in real estate. Hyped by that success and having identified inefficiencies in the homebuying process, they founded Reggora, which uses an “Uber-style platform” that connects mortgage lenders with thousands of appraisers, speeding, and streamlining the valuation process. The company has raised $5 million from investors thus far with a workforce of only 35–but the two hope to more than double that by the end of the year.

As a Questrom sophomore, Daniella Pierson started a daily newsletter that melded fashion, technology, careers, and advice from inspiring women. The Newsette was born and built in between her classes and now exists as a multimillion-dollar company, website, and newsletter with 4 million monthly views, over 500,000 subscribers, and interviews featuring women like Arianna Huffington, Kate Walsh, and Kendra Scott. Sponsors include Ulta, Fidelity, and Bumble. Pierson recently launched an editorial platform for Diane von Furstenberg called The Weekly Wrap.
