Instructions for Setting Up a Researcher or PS 101 Instructor Account on Sona

1. Please contact our Sona System administrator, Jonathan Dobres, to set up a Researcher or PS 101 Instructor Account.
2. Once you have your account information, you may login to the system. You will be able to view all currently active studies. Researchers will be able to create their own studies and assign participation credits to students.

IRB approval codes and expiration dates are required for all studies. Study descriptions and their associated time slots are managed separately, allowing you to save studies in an “inactive” state for future use. Please remember that you are responsible for granting credit to students who have completed participation in your studies (This is managed via your Sona account.)
