We have worked with diverse students with mental health conditions. We’ll help you build wellness and resiliency to thrive at school, at work, and in your social life. Recovery with the support of peers, mentors, and the community. We work with individuals, families, and professionals.
NITEO: To Thrive
The NITEO program supports young adults who live with mental health conditions. Over one semester, students develop wellness tools, academic skills, resilience, and work readiness. “Niteo” is Latin for “to bloom.” Our program graduates return to and thrive in college and employment.
Young Adult Coaching
Offering individualized, one-on-one support to young adults, a coach can help you develop a range of skills, including executive functioning skills, improve your wellness, and achieve your goals. Receive education, feedback, and guidance in real time.
Building Healthy Relationships
Explore personal and workplace relationships and the social factors that shape them. Practice communication skills, including active listening and responding with empathy. Learn to navigate difficult conversations and solve problems to achieve your goals.
Peer Coaching
An academic peer coaching program for college students with mental health conditions. Coaches provide academic support, mentorship, and strategies for success. The goal: grow student skills in academics and wellness.
Meet Our Team
Our team members have diverse backgrounds in special education, social work, occupational therapy, and mental health counseling. Our work builds on core principles of psychiatric rehabilitation and education. Instructors and coaches help students find and keep satisfying, meaningful roles in school, at work, and in the community. We focus on hope, empowerment, and connection.
Events, Meetups, & Hangouts
Peer-run activities, hangouts, workouts, and more are offered Monday-Friday for young adults. Build community, wellness, and resilience in the college environment. Activities range from music and visual arts to games and sports.
Sharing Our Knowledge
Our team partners with colleges, universities, and other organizations to support professional development. Training, workshops, and webinars are available in the United States and internationally. We will work closely with you to adapt our programs to meet a range of needs. We can provide ongoing consulting support as your needs and goals evolve.
