Kaushik Vardharajan is an Associate Professor of the Practice and Director of the Real Estate Program at the Boston University School of Hospitality Administration (SHA). In his role, Kaushik leads the strategic direction of the School\u2019s Real Estate offerings, including the new Master of Science in Hospitality Real Estate and the university-wide Minor in Real Estate. Kaushik also teaches courses in the undergraduate and graduate programs and works closely with senior leaders across the industry. Kaushik created and ran the first two editions of the $100,000 Poyiadjis Hospitality Innovation Competition that is open to all students at Boston University.<\/p>\n

Kaushik spent 15 years at HVS, a global hospitality consulting firm, working in 66 countries across North America, Europe, and Asia, most recently as Partner Managing Director Asia Pacific. He then spent four years at Hilton, leading the company\u2019s Development function growing Hilton\u2019s portfolio of brands across South Asia.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
