Official Bio (Please aim for 100 \u2013 150 words; include any center or institute appointments) Multi Line Text Required to answer \">\n<div class=\"-Bm-766 \" data-automation-id=\"questionContent\">\n<div class=\"-IF-523 \">\n<div class=\"--fq-538\">\n<div class=\"-GN-768\">\n<p>As director of BUSSW\u2019s Center for Aging and Disability Education and Research (CADER), Bronwyn Keefe develops curriculum and evaluates training initiatives for professionals who work with older adults and people with disabilities. In 2019, she won a Geriatric Academic Career Award from the Health Resources Service Administration (HRSA K award) to continue training an interprofessional gerontology workforce. Keefe was invited to lead focus groups for the American Geriatrics Society\u2019s (AGS) Intersection of Structural Racism and Ageism in Healthcare Initiative Goals and Strategies Committee and present these findings at their Plenary Session. In 2022, Dr. Keefe was selected as an Emerging Leader in Aging Scholar through the Tideswell Program at UCSF\/AGS\/ADGAP. Keefe has also been funded on projects related to behavioral health, specifically building the capacity of providers and communities in mental health and substance use, and developing age-friendly initiatives to improve the lives of older adults. Keefe\u2019s research has been published in the Journal of Behavioral Health Services &amp; Research, Journal of Aging and Social Policy and Journal of Gerontological Social Work.<\/p>\n<p>Keefe serves as President of the Board for Massachusetts Gerontology Association, Eldercare Workforce Alliance Board Member, Older Adult Behavioral Health Steering Committee, and the National Association for Geriatric Education and Member of the Education and Training Committee.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"-Xm-735 \" aria-label=\"5.
