She has been a visiting scholar at Princeton University, the Russell Sage Foundation and the Wagner School of Public Service at New York University. Her work has also been supported by the National Endowment for the Humanities and the Mellon Foundation. Elizabeth is the author of 4 books: Illegal: How America\u2019s Lawless Immigration Regime Threatens Us All; Citizenship; The Political Value of Time: Citizenship, Duration, and Democratic Justice and Semi-Citizenship in Democratic Politics.
