Before that, he was a Science of Science Communication postdoctoral fellow at the Annenberg Public Policy Center (University of Pennsylvania), and was an affiliated postdoctoral researcher at Yale Law School&#8217;s Cultural Cognition Project. Motta received his PhD in Political Science from the University of Minnesota.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Motta&#8217;s research focuses on a wide range of topics related to health politics, policy, opinion, and communication; with a particular emphasis on vaccine uptake. His work identifies both the prevalence and socio-political determinants of opposition to evidence-based medicine, and investigates the policy impact of those views.
