In his research, Dr. Jones focuses on teacher quality, teacher preparation and development, and school improvement, with a specific emphasis on how we conceptualize and measure effective teaching. Dr. Jones currently serves as PI or Co-PI on multiple projects funded by the Institute for Education Sciences and the National Science Foundation.
