He has also served as Executive Director of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/historic\/\">The Historical Society<\/a>, a historical organization located at Boston University. He is co-author of <a href=\"http:\/\/trove.nla.gov.au\/work\/11184883?selectedversion=NBD10581994\"><em>A New Mandate: Democratic Choices for a Prosperous Economy<\/em> and <em>No Gain, No Pain: Taxes, Productivity and Economic Growth<\/em><\/a> as well as editor of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thepress.purdue.edu\/titles\/format\/9781557532657\"><em>Agriculture and National Development: Views on the Nineteenth Century<\/em><\/a>.
