Justin Ren is an Associate Professor of Business Administration and Dean\u2019s Fellow in the Operations and Technology Management Department at Boston University Questrom School of Business.\u00a0 At Boston University, Professor Ren teaches Core operations management courses, and an analytics course which focuses on tools and frameworks that help managers gain market intelligence and make strategic decisions. He also teaches in executive education in financial risk management.\u00a0 He is a certified teacher by the Harvard Business School Case Method Discussion Leadership Program.<\/p>\n<p>Professor Ren has worked for INTEL in its Capital Equipment Development group, and has consulted for PRTM on global operations strategies.\u00a0 His research focuses on supply chain coordination, operations strategy and operations quality. His research has appeared in publications such as <i>Management Science<\/i>, <i>Operations Research<\/i>, <i>Medical Care<\/i>, and<i> MIT Sloan Management Review<\/i>. He has received several recognitions, including the INFORMS George B.
