His recent documentaries <em>The Spirit of Hiroshima <\/em>and <em>Jazz Dreams<\/em> received Telly and Accolade Awards and have been broadcast in the U.S., Canada, Europe and Asia. His most recent documentary, <em>A Tale of Two Teens<\/em>, was co-produced with Broadcast Journalism Professor Susan Walker, and explores AIDS in South Africa from the perspective of teenage girls. He has developed documentary programs for PBS and McGraw-Hill and has produced eight programs for a documentary series aired on public television in New England. In 1995, he started Intercultural Films to produce programs on cultural issues. He also works as a producer, writer and cinematographer.
