Her research interests include psychopathology and treatment of hoarding disorder symptoms (clutter, excessive acquiring, difficulty\u00a0discarding), cognitive aspects of obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), cognitive and behavioral treatments for OCD and OC spectrum conditions such as body dysmorphic disorder and \u00a0family aspects of treating OC spectrum conditions. She is the author of several books and dozens of articles including T<em>he hoarding handbook: A guide for human service professionals <\/em>(with Christiana Bratiosis and Cristina Sorrentino Schmalisch).
