The Small Business Innovation Research Program (SBIR) is a $2.4 billion federal grant program established to support R&D that has potential for commercialization. Dan Lilly, Small Business Innovation Research Advisor, will provide an overview of the SBIR program, including information on the program’s purpose, eligibility, sources of funding, and foundational knowledge of what is necessary to succeed. This seminar is designed to help you determine if the program is right for you, and to begin efforts to develop an SBIR proposal.
