In 1984, Congress passed the National Minimum Drinking Age Act as a response to DUI-related deaths, raising the legal drinking age to 21. But has this law really made everyone safer? Should the United States revert back to 18 as the legal drinking age? Should states have authority to determine the minimum legal age limit?
