A Green Beacon Associate Consultant is an integral part of our Delivery Project Teams. This person is highly motivated to learn and improve his/her skills, especially within the Microsoft Development Framework. Overall, an AC is not yet prepared to lead others or clients to decisions, but is capable of working independently to complete high quality tasks supervised by other Green Beacon team members.
