Michelle has worked at Boston University since Fall 2009 and joined the Preprofessional Advising Office in February of 2015 as the Assistant Director of Pre-Health\u00a0Programs. \u00a0She earned her MBA from Northeastern University while working as the Undergraduate Programs Coordinator for the Department of Biology at Boston University. She is the Co-Director of the\u00a0Modular Medical\/Dental Integrated Curriculum (MMEDIC) and\u00a0Seven-Year Liberal Arts\/Medical Education (SMED) programs, and provides guidance to students in those early selection programs<\/a>. Michelle is a mentor to two BPS Community Service Scholars,<\/a> serves as the advisor for Alpha Epsilon Delta (AED) <\/a>and\u00a0Global Medical Brigades (GMB),<\/a> and is a past\u00a0member of Boston University’s Advising Network.<\/a><\/p>\n

She is available to meet with\u00a0current undergraduate students and alumni from any undergraduate program at Boston University<\/span>\u00a0who are interested in pursuing careers in the health professions\u00a0and students in the MET Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Pre-Medical Studies program<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Additionally, Michelle serves on the Executive Board for the Northeast Association of Advisors for the Health Professions (NEAAHP<\/a>) as the Communications and Technology Director, and is a Co-Coordinator of the Boston Local Area Network (LAN) of pre-health advisors.<\/p>\n

Michelle has also served on the Weymouth High School CTE Program Allied Health Advisory Committee since Spring 2018.<\/p>\n
