National Postdoc Appreciation Week at BU for 2025

National Postdoc Appreciation Week (NPAW) is a designated week each year when universities and others recommend the critical work that postdoctoral scholars do at universities and institutes nationwide. Sponsored by the National Postdoctoral Association (NPA), NPAW is an opportunity for us to celebrate postdocs at Boston University. We do this through the events we offer and other events that we cross-promote.

Also, beginning with Fall 2025, we will continue to offer some events during NPAW, but we are also beginning postdOCTOBER, which will include an event every Friday specifically for postdocs during the month of October. Watch out Events links for more information coming very soon!

NPAW Events Open to BU Postdocs

• 11 am to 4 pm – Professional headshots for med campus postdocs – sign-up for a 15-min slot
• 1 pm – [ORISE] Building a Culture of Safety and Trust in Team Science (Zoom)
