{"id":1536,"date":"2011-02-07T11:57:53","date_gmt":"2011-02-07T16:57:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/polisci\/?p=1536"},"modified":"2011-02-07T11:57:53","modified_gmt":"2011-02-07T16:57:53","slug":"erasmus-mundus-partner","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/polisci\/2011\/02\/07\/erasmus-mundus-partner\/","title":{"rendered":"Erasmus Mundus Partner"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Boston University, through the International Relations and Political Science Departments, has become an associate partner in a multimillion euro project for a joint PhD: the Erasmus Mundus Joint Doctorate program on \u201cGlobalisation, the EU, and Multilateralism.\u201d   Named the GEM PhD school, it is funded by the Education, Audiovisual &amp; Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) of the Commission of the European Communities under the Erasmus Mundus Framework Programme.  The PhD is coordinated by the Free University of Brussels (ULB), with a Consortium of 6 partner universities (ULB, Warwick, LUISS, Geneva, Fudan, and Waseda) plus associates partners (including BU, ITAM, Mexico, and UN University).
