These expense reimbursements are completely separate from Payroll direct deposits. Reimbursement payments can be made to the same bank account as your paycheck, or to a different bank account, based on your own preference. If you are interested in signing up for the direct deposit program, please follow the directions below to add your bank information for expense reimbursements in the \u2018Benefits and Pay\u2019 section of Employee Self-Service (accessed through the BUworks Portal).<\/p>\n<h4>1. Click on the \u2018Direct Deposit\u2019 section<\/h4>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/physics\/files\/2021\/09\/1.png\" alt=\"direct-deposit-1\" width=\"571\" height=\"519\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1699\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>2. Click on the \u2018New Expense Reimbursement bank\u2019 button<\/h4>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/physics\/files\/2021\/09\/2.png\" alt=\"direct-deposit-2\" width=\"476\" height=\"62\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1698\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>3. Enter your routing and bank account number<\/h4>\n<p>Specify the type of account (checking\/saving). For \u2018Payment Method\u2019, select \u2018Bank Transfer (ACH PPD)\u2019. Please do not fill in any information in the \u201cNote to Payee\u201d, \u201cPercentage of Net\u201d or \u201cFlat Amount\u201d fields.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/physics\/files\/2021\/09\/3.png\" alt=\"direct-deposit-3\" width=\"364\" height=\"394\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1697\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>4. Hit \u2018Review\u2019 and then \u2018Save\u2019<\/h4>\n<p>Please allow up to 3 business days for the change to go into effect.<\/p>\n<p>If you need to change your bank information in the future, or want to discontinue the use of direct deposit, this information can be edited in ESS or removed at any time, via these same screens in Employee-Self Service.
