Process and Pleading
Demandant (plaintiff) sued Formedon against tenant (defendant).
Tenant (defendant) pleaded a recovery awarded (taile) against demandant's (plaintiff's) ancestor (as) tenant in fee tail by a writ of Right, in which (writ of Right demandant's ancestor vouched, the vouchee entered into the warranty, tenant recovered and demandant's ancestor recovered in value.
Demandant (plaintiff) replied by showing that demandant's ancestor, against whom the recovery was awarded (taile), was in (eins) by another (gift in fee) tail at the time of the recovery, etc, and not by reason of this fee tail for which demandant (plaintiff) brought this writ of Formedon, and demandant falsified the recovery in the writ of Right.
Tenant (defendant) demurred on this.
Demandant had judgment to recover.
