Process and Pleading
Defendant was indicted by an Indictment that the (grand) jury naming defendant as his father's son, 'baker'.
Defendant was outlawed.
Now in King's Bench defendant appeared by Capias utlagatam.
Error was assigned in the Indictment (on behalf of defendant), because defendant said that he did not have the addition 'baker', because this addition 'baker' referred to defendant's father, and not to defendant.
