Process and Pleading
Plaintiff administrators counted that their intestate widow assigned auditors.
Defendant pleaded that at the time the intestate widow assigned auditors she was covert (a married woman).
Plaintiff demurred on the plea.
It seemed that defendant's plea was no good unless defendant pleaded as before and added that at the time of accounting the intestate widow was covert.
