Trespass brought against William Chesseldon for breaking a close, where he alleged that he had delivered to the plaintiff the land etc. from which etc. for a term etc. on payment and nonpayment, rendering a certain rent, and an entry for default of payment, and because the rent was in arrears he entered, and demanded judgment if such breaking an action etc. The other said that there was no rent in arrears; ready; and the other, ready that yes, etc.
