Abstract Context
Commentary & Paraphrase
Assize of Novel disseisin. After verdict the proceeding was put without day by the removal of the Justices. Therefore the demandant (plaintiff) sued a writ to make the record come before the new Justices, by which writ the record came, but not the original writ or the panel. Therefore the Justices did not want to do anything. For that reason he sued another writ to have the original writ and the panel, on which day the Justices awarded a Reattachment against the tenant (defendant) to hear his judgment. Note.
