CELOP and the MET Gastronomy Program will co-host an international cooking demonstration to facilitate conversation around materials and methods as features of a culture. This event will allow participants to encounter cultures through the combined media of food and communication, as cooks explain the meanings of their dishes. The event will also include a recipe exchange and facilitated discussions about the experience of cooking and eating foods from another culture.
