The goal of the conference is to initiate practice changes in GI practices in the diagnosis and management of patients with CD and UC so as to improve quality of life for these patients while prolonging clinical remission. This meeting will provide support and enable participating clinicians to enhance their knowledge, competency and performance in the areas of patient care, medical knowledge, and practice-based learning and improvement.
