We Welcome Dr. Elissa Ely as our Orator for this Grand Round Series: "Suzy and the Goat: Some Stories It Might Do Us Well to Know"Elissa Ely, MD is a community psychiatrist in Massachusetts Who has poured all her efforts for the last 30 years into working for The Massachusetts Department of Mental Health in one capacity or another. Her initial introduction was in a state hospital, then with chronically ill patients at Massachusetts Mental Health Center and as a psychiatrist in homeless shelters, and most recently at the Mass Mental Prevention and Recovery in Early Psychosis Program. Dr. Ely is also the creator of The Remembrance Project, a WBUR series. She also contributes to WBUR’s Cognoscenti!
