Xolotl is a fast and flexible neuronal simulator built in C++ and MATLAB and designed at Brandeis University and Boston University. This training session by one of the developers will go through the basics of constructing and simulating neuron and network models using the software. Laptops are provided. Prior MATLAB experience not necessary. |
