This year we're celebrating "Food Holidays" every month across campus. What we'll do is highlight a food item or drink and showcase that item during a meal period or for the entire day for you to enjoy.
On January 29th in all Dining Halls we celebrate the Corn Chip, but not the usual way...Chef Bee and the rest of our campus culinary team are putting together what is called "The Walking Taco" it combines everything you love...
