Michael Leviton and Tony Maws are two pillars of the Boston restaurant scene. Leviton won local and national accolades for his neighborhood French bistro Lumière, which has charmed diners and critics alike since its inception in 1999. Maws is known for his legendary burger and much more at Craigie on Main. Now the two are teaming up to showcase their shared appreciation for offal—the "nasty bits"—in this unique pop-up restaurant experience.
Reservations will be taken for four seatings, 6−7:30 p.m. Reserve a spot and find out why
these renowned chefs are so enthused about the sustainable and culinary aspects of whole-animal cookery—nothing "offal" about it! |
