It's not quite October. In a beautiful Vermont suburb, every high-school senior is scrambling to find a date to the Harvest Moon Festival. The final rush check off small-town rituals before graduation is interrupted by the sudden appearance of a new kid in town. A small world filled with lukewarm beer, runaway dogs, and rare birds is turned upside down.
