This year we're celebrating "Food Holidays" every month across campus. What we'll do is highlight a food item or drink and showcase that item during a meal period or for the entire day for you to enjoy.November 18th is National Apple Cider Day. It's Fall in New England outside so no better time to get in the spirit. Nothing says a perfect day in the fall like a comfortable chair, good company and tasty apple cider in your cup.
