She additionally manages the summer programs websites, and supports the Associate Director of Summer Programs &amp; Outreach with administrative and promotional needs.<\/p>\n<p>As a co-leader of the Communications Team, Kelly creates convergent media which both uplifts the Photonics Center community and bolsters the Center&#8217;s first-class research efforts and resources.
