He is now in his 29th year of teaching and enjoys the impact he makes on students\u2019 lives.<br \/>\n<span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><br \/>\nDuring the program, William worked in the\u00a0<\/span><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/photonics-ret\/research-projects\/2022-summer-projects\/thomas-bifano\/\" class=\"editor-rtfLink\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Bifano Lab<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0with former REU, Francisco Sanchez as his mentor. The project was on Measuring the Stiffness of Engineered Cardiac Tissue.
