His primary philosophical interests are in ethics, cognitive science, and evolutionary theory. He also has interests in epistemology, philosophy of mind, feminist philosophy, and philosophy of race.<\/p>\n<p>Victor\u2019s published work can be found in\u00a0<em>Ethics<\/em>, <i>Nous<\/i>,\u00a0<em>Philosophers\u2019 Imprint<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Philosophical Studies<\/em>,\u00a0<em>The Philosophical Quarterly, Analysis, <\/em><span>and <i>Cognition<\/i><\/span>. In 2018 he was the first philosophy professor to be awarded the Peter Paul career development award from BU. His recent projects include essays on moral progress, moral luck, nudges, moral disgust, and moral learning. His book with Richmond Campbell on the evolution of morality and moral\u00a0progress will be published by Oxford University Press in 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Victor is director of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mindandmoralitylab.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mind and Morality Lab<\/a>.
