Circle Participants
Any staff member in good performance standing (overall performance rating of 3 or higher) is eligible to apply to participate in a mentoring circle. Circle participants should have at least one year of experience working in the Office of Research. As part of the application process, applicants will describe their career aspirations, current career level, and goals for participation. Applicants may also suggest circle topics (e.g. promotion, managerial training and support, professional development opportunities, career development plans). Cohorts will be formed based on similar goals and interests and assigned to a leader with the appropriate expertise. Meet the Circle Leaders here.
