March 12 | Wellness Workshop with Postdoc Academy- Overcoming Burnout: Developing Strategies to Manage Zoom Fatigue & Postdoc Stress –Burnout is defined as a state of chronic stress that leads to physical and emotional exhaustion, detachment, as well as feelings of ineffectiveness and lack of accomplishment. Burnout has frequently been associated with postdoctoral training, even before the challenges associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. This workshop will help postdocs understand the warning signs for burnout, and develop strategies for avoiding or overcoming the stages of burnout. | RSVP |
