Does the cutoff calendar change with the new schedule?
Will posting to expenses still occur at the end of the month?
No, payroll postings will now occur in line with the new pay dates.
What do I do if I need to enter an additional payment that crosses over the go live?
You need to set up the recurring payment with a monthly amount for the period prior to the semi-monthly go live i.e. 7/1/23 – 7/31/23 and then a separate record with the semi-monthly amount for the period after go live i.e. 8/1/23 – 12/31/23.
