Dr. A. H. Monjurul Kabir, Senior Policy Adviser, Rule of Law, Justice & Security is speaking at the Humphrey Fellowship Program Commencement. The title of Dr. Kabir's address is: Making Rule of Law Work for Peaceful and Inclusive Societies. Humphrey Fellows are distinguished mid-career professionals who come to us for a year of cultural immersion and leadership and professional development under the Fulbright initiative. Successful candidates are accepted by the US State Department on the basis of their leadership potential to help make a positive difference in the world in the future. BU has been hosting Humphrey Fellows since 1978, since the inception of the Program.
